RETURN OF GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS
Any goods purchased online from the site can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
1. To return/replace goods purchased through distance selling within the legal 14-day period, please fill out the Return of Products form.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
1. The goods must be in their original packaging and in an undamaged commercial condition;
2. Not used;
3. Not damaged/broken during transport: if damage to the shipment is detected upon receipt by the courier, a Damaged Shipment Report is drawn up in the presence of the courier. If a transport defect is subsequently detected, the product is NOT SUBJECT TO return/replacement.
4. Be accompanied by an original financial document proving the purchase / fiscal receipt and / or invoice, product receipt, warranty card and all accompanying documents to the original packaging. 6. The refund of money is made to a bank account provided by the buyer, within 14 days from the date of return of the goods.
